SP DX Contest 2009
Here we have the final results of the SP DX Contest 2009. Thanks for participation in the SP DX Contest 2009, in our single-country event, which still gathers a lot of interest thanks to you: contesters from all over the world.
The final results of the SP DX Contest 2009 were presented in September 27 during the annual Meeting of the SP DX Club. Full contest story and comments will be published here on the website very soon. We are also at the final stage of preparation of the PDF version of the final results.
Number of awards in each country and category depends on the number of participants. We decided to use the following routine:

Maximum 10 awards were awarded in a category. In general there are 555 awards in all countries/categories.
TROPHIES, PLAQUES, SPECIAL AWARDS
Every year we have special trophies or plaques sponsored for the best scores in a category, best CW score, best score from a continent etc. The awarded "category" is always the decision of a donor. Sponsored "categories" are not the same as contest categories. We have trophies for the best continental scores, best YL score etc. This year the following plaques were donated:

RG3K is the winner of the special award for the World top score in SOAB HP categories. This award is kindly donated by Radek SP5ADX and CoolQSL (http://www.coolqsl.com/).
RW9CW is the winner of the special award for the World top score in SOAB LP categories. This award is kindly donated by Bartek SQ1K and K-ART STUDIO (http://k-artstudio.com/).
EU3AR is the winner of the special award for the World top score in SO 160M categories. This award is kindly donated by Bartek SQ1K and K-ART STUDIO (http://k-artstudio.com/).
Special contest gifts (wall clocks with the SP DX Contest Logo) were kindly donated by the SP DX Club for Polish stations who are the winners of All Band categories. These awards go to:

Additionally SP DX Club sponsored two more wall clocks drawn at random between the top ten Polish scores in SO AB CW LP and top ten Polish scores in SO AB CW HP. The winners are: SP1AEN and SN9N.
